New Camera Releases
There has been so many new releases in the past couple of weeks and there are still quite a few anticipated to come. I just love the innovation and competition. Might not be able to afford that flagship model but you know that all that technology gets cheaper and eventually filters down...
I'm really not into 'camera wars' but I found this comic quite amusing. In a way it rings so true. What's been your favorite recent release??

Why Wedding photographer's prices are "Wack"
In this article (by Nikki Wagner), she writes a letter in response to a customer who thought wedding photographer's prices are "wack", because all they do is hang out at the wedding, take a few pics and edit them making "so much money" in the process. In her letter she breaks down her budget for the whole year and what the cost of a wedding really covers. Very interesting article. Will give you something to think about if you planning on leaving your day job as well.
Free Basic Photoshop Course
Tutplus, is an amazing website and a huge resource for learning. The website is divided up into different topics, such as photoshop, web development, etc. Some of the tutorials are free and some of it is for members only. (there is a ton of free stuff). In the Photoshop-Basix session, there are 29 free videos covering the basics of photoshop. If you new to photoshop (or not) this will take teach you a lot.
